浙江吉利控股集團CEO李東輝日前在極氪上市晚宴上表示，極氪IPO是吉利控股整體戰略規劃的一個縮影。

“我們通過IPO增加企業治理的透明度和規范性，提升子業務集團經營核算的獨立性和完整性，提高運行效率，以負責任的態度，更好地同用戶、行業，監管機構、投資機構溝通，推動企業全球合規治理。”

據介紹，極氪昨日正式在美國紐交所掛牌上市。因獲超額認購，極氪擴大了IPO規模，以每股21美元的價格累計發行2100萬股美國存托股票（ADS，每份ADS對應10份普通股），募資約4.41億美元，若承銷商行使其超額配售權，則發行規模將進一步擴大至2415萬股ADS，募資約5.07億美元。

極氪首日開盤價為26美元，較發行價上漲23.8%；收盤價為28.26美元，較發行價上漲34.57%；以收盤價計算，公司市值為69億美元。
